- Notification of new Alerts and Helpdesk Tickets
- Search the Spiceworks Desktop
- Right-click search of selected text from any page you are browsing
- Single click ability to create a ticket, ask a question, and submit news to the Spiceworks Community.
- Quick look at recently asked questions in the Community
- Shortcuts into the Spiceworks Desktop and Community
- Notification if Spiceworks is not running
Most of the above functionality can also be added to any customizable Firefox toolbar using the Firefox customize feature.
